Effective 08 May 2026, both ONEORVE & CO and ONEORVE NIPC will undergo a major strategic restructuring initiative that will shape the future of both entities and strengthen the global ONEORVE brand ecosystem.
Led by the Founder, Project ONEVEXA NEXUS is envisioned as a long-term transformation initiative targeted for completion by 2030. The project represents not only organisational restructuring, but also the foundation of a new ecosystem built on innovation, social impact, human potential, and sustainable growth.
Key Initiatives Under Project ONEVEXA NEXUS
1. Establishment of ONEORVE GROUP
One of the key milestones of the project is the formation of ONEORVE GROUP, which will initially comprise:

ONEORVE NIPC
and, in the near future, ONEORVE ACADEMY
The objective of this grouping is to create a unified ecosystem where each entity plays a strategic and complementary role.
ONEORVE & CO will serve as the Group Headquarters and central intelligence hub, focusing on strategic consultancy, professional services, governance, digital transformation, data intelligence, and investment activities across the Group.
ONEORVE NIPC will focus on community engagement and social impact initiatives through volunteer-driven programmes and collaborative efforts aimed at creating meaningful societal change.
ONEORVE ACADEMY will focus on providing accessible and affordable life skills education to equip individuals with practical pathways towards sustainability and self-reliance. This includes entrepreneurship, home-based business development, digital skills, and other capabilities that empower individuals to contribute positively to both the economy and society.
2. Redefining Leadership Beyond Academic Qualifications
A core experiment within Project ONEVEXA NEXUS is the development, nurturing, and mentoring of individuals based on character, capability, integrity, and potential, rather than purely on formal academic qualifications.
The initiative seeks to challenge conventional systems and mindsets that often associate senior leadership exclusively with degree holders or individuals with higher formal education.
One example is the grooming of Conrad and Tint, founding members of ONEORVE, as CEO-designates despite not possessing traditional higher academic qualifications. Through mentorship, exposure, and practical leadership development, the project aims to demonstrate that strong leadership can also emerge through resilience, humility, integrity, commitment, and real-world experience.
Challenging deeply embedded societal norms and educational conditioning will not be easy. However, we believe that true leadership is ultimately defined not only by certificates, but by character and the ability to create meaningful impact.

Another important pillar of the project is the creation of an equity-driven ecosystem rather than one built solely around conventional salary structures.
